Refund policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You must notify us of your intention to return within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Items returned without prior notice or outside the return window will not be accepted.

• Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
